What is ReSupply?

Up Up and Away partners with ReSupply to make your donation pick-ups a breeze! It’s as easy as going online, choosing a donation time, and then Up Up and Away will come to the rescue!

Where do we take your items? 

That’s the great thing about ReSupply, you’re in control! You have the choice from a long list of donation centers near you to choose from. From Goodwill and St. Vincents to MUST Ministries and Habitat for Humanity, you can choose the donation center that’s right for you!

What can we take? 

Donatables must be in good condition! This means furniture free of scratches and damage and other donatables free of visible damage. Our guys will come out on site and let you know which items are in good enough condition to be donated, and will update you after they’ve donated the items. Our guys like to make sure you’re in the know!

What if some items can’t be donated?

If items are not accepted by your charity of choice or not in good enough condition to be donated, that’s ok! Up Up and Away can still remove the items for you! You will be charged a small add on fee for recycling or disposal, but Up Up and Away will still try to donate the items. If the items are accepted, the extra fee will be refunded as soon as possible!
