Commercial Cleanouts Part 1: Why Hire Us?

When it comes to cleaning out commercial office buildings of any size, the task can seem daunting.

Where do you even start? Can you scrounge up some employees and knock it out, or would you be better off hiring professionals? What do we do with all of this old stuff? Is it all trash, or can some of it be recycled?

Small or large, a commercial building cleanout requires careful planning, coordination and a reliable partner to get the job done right – Up Up and Away Junk Hauling is that partner. Our team is known for working efficiently without compromisng on quality. In our experience we’ve found most spaces can be cleared out within a few days, allowing your staff to get back to what’s important as quickly as possible.

Some cleanouts are more imminent than others, requiring a speedy turnaround of only a few days from first contact. In most cases we can accommodate this speed, having the manpower to make things happen and happen quickly.

We understand space is crucial – we are aware of the needs of the company as a whole and do our best to work around those needs, for example dock availability and traffic or parking considerations.

We’re willing to go where other companies may not be – cleaning dumpster overflow, breaking down cubicles and other bulky pieces of office furniture… we go the extra mile to ensure the space is ready as a whole for the next tenant.

Our team has extensive knowledge of recycling – we know what can and can’t be recycled and will work hard to give new life to everything we can.

In a recent commercial cleanout we were able to recycle 60% of the materials removed from a 30,000 sq. ft. floor
