2. Household Appliances

From old refrigerators to microwaves, many household appliances can be recycled. These items often contain metals, plastics, and other materials that can be broken down and reused. We will also take the additional step to remove the power cords from electronic items. These cords are made of various materials, including copper, plastic, and sometimes aluminum. These materials are valuable and can be fully recovered when recycled properly. Removing those cords ensures that these materials are not overlooked and are fully utilized in the recycling process.

3. Scrap Metal

Scrap metal recycling is not just for industrial waste. Items like old bicycles, metal furniture, and even aluminum cans can be recycled. We’ve built a small sorting station on our lot to streamline our recycling process. This station allows us to sort through incoming items efficiently, ensuring we do our best to keep as much out of the landfill as possible. Recycling scrap metal saves energy, conserves natural resources, and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
